Response expectations

Messages are read in the order received. This is a focused independent project with no full-time support desk. If your question is already covered in our FAQ or the browser guide, our response will direct you to those resources.

Bug reports

If you identify a reproducible bug in our measurement math or client components, please include the browser console log (F12 → Console) and display refresh rate. Minimal reproduction details help us isolate edge cases quickly.

Feature suggestions

Feature suggestions are welcome. Core diagnostic tools (polling rate, switch bounce check, scroll analysis, drift test, and reaction latency) are currently shipped and supported. Enhancements that respect our local-only, zero-transmission architecture receive priority.

Helpful resources

The privacy policy outlines our local processing and storage practices.

The FAQ contains immediate answers to common questions regarding mouse polling stability and browser ceilings.
